This month’s release introduces new features and enhancements across eCommerce!
External Content - All Users Visibility (Ecommerce)
Control who can see your links and dashboards with new visibility settings. Distributors can now share content with everyone, specific groups, or selected employees.
Lead time Weekday Exclusions (Ecommerce)
An enhancement is rolling out that allows customers to exclude specific days of the week from their lead time settings. This is especially useful for perishable items. For example, if a distributor receives stock on Tuesday, they can now set delivery availability to start Wednesday!
Multi-Image Upload Tool (Ecommerce)
Distributors can now manage product photos on their own with the new Multi-Image Upload Tool. They can upload up to eight images per item, reorder or delete photos, and apply changes instantly. Bulk upload supports adding images across many items at once, and CSV export makes auditing easy. The tool also works on mobile so users can take and upload photos directly from their phones.
Order Guide Self Serve (Ecommerce)
Order Guide Self Serve gives distributors, DSRs, and admins a simple way to create and manage order guides without relying on Pepper teams. Order guides can be generated from a CSV upload or cloned from any existing customer to another, allowing fast onboarding and flexible setup.
Unified Search (Ecommerce)
The new Unified Search experience brings all search bars to the same results page. It includes clearer, more flexible filters that update based on the items returned, such as order guide filters, SALT based filters, item badges, and sub categories.
Report Generator (Ecommerce)
The Report Generator allows distributors to access and request reports as business needs evolve. Users can download CSV reports for any date range and submit requests for additional report types that the Pepper team can review and add to the global library. The tool supports insights across sales, adoption, payments, purchasing, and customer behavior, helping teams analyze trends, track performance, and make informed decisions.
Self-Serve Order Sync Errors (Ecommerce)
Distributors can now troubleshoot and resolve order sync issues directly in PMC. When an order fails, users can retry the sync from the Actions menu or click into the order to see the error message and suggested steps. If an order must be entered manually in the ERP, users can mark it as synced once complete. New permissions let admins control who can retry or mark orders as synced, and optional notifications alert users when a sync error happens.
Mass Ordering (Ecommerce)
Reps can now place identical orders across multiple customer accounts with just a few clicks. Mass Ordering allows a DSR to copy an existing order and replicate it in bulk for an entire group of customers or a chain.
