This month’s release introduces new features and enhancements across Order Agent, Finance Hub, Storefront and more!
New Swap Experience (Order Agent)
We’ve redesigned the Swap experience to be faster and easier to use. Order Agent now shows pre populated options that are grouped and ranked to help users find the best choice quickly. Inline search is available directly in the panel, so users can swap without extra steps.

PAD Payment Method (Finance Hub)
Pepper now supports Pre Authorized Debit (PAD) payments in Canada. Customers can securely authorize automatic withdrawals from their bank account, allowing payments to process automatically once set up.
Multiple Order Guides from ERP Integration (Storefront)
Pepper now supports syncing multiple order guides from your ERP integration. Distributors can manage distinct guides with unique names, IDs, and settings, making it easier to curate the right set of products for each customer based on seasonality, menu needs, or location.
Line Item Notes (Storefront)
We’ve introduced line item notes so operators and DSRs can add item specific instructions directly in the cart before checkout. Notes carry through fulfillment, order exports, confirmation emails, and order history, helping ensure the right details are captured from order to delivery. Notes can be saved for future draft orders or used as one time requests for a specific delivery.
