Pipeline Management with Prospects (Sales Hub)
Sales teams can now track every prospect from Cold to Won in Sales Hub, with notes, close dates and estimated weekly values on each prospect's page. Admins and DSMs get a team view with a 7, 30 and 60-day forecast, a pipeline chart by stage, and conversion rates by rep. Available on desktop. Learn more about Prospects.
Sales Hub on mobile (Sales Hub)
Three Sales Hub sections now work on a phone: Order Entry, Accounts, and For You. A rep can write the order at the counter, pull up the account at the door, and clear alerts between stops, without a laptop.
Second Run Fulfillment (Storefront)
Customers who miss the cutoff can now still place an order for a second run. Past-cutoff dates appear in orange in the delivery date picker, and choosing one shows a customizable message letting the customer know the order will be treated as a rush. Distributors choose which fulfillment types offer Second Run as a fallback, and set its own delivery fee, order minimum and eligible customers. Second Run orders reach the ERP under their own fulfillment type. Available on request through your Pepper account team. Learn more.
Assigning Orders (Order Agent)
You can now hand an incoming Order Agent order to a specific person on your team, so it lands in their queue instead of sitting unclaimed — ideal for shared order desks, account coverage, and escalations.
Inbound History (Order Agent)
Every text, email, and voicemail Order Agent has processed is now in one searchable place. Filter by person and search by keyword — an item, a note, a code — to find the exact order fast instead of scrolling the live queue.
Forwarding Orders That Arrive as a Link (Order Agent)
You can now forward a purchasing-system email that carries a link to the order instead of an attachment, and Order Agent opens the linked page and drafts the order from it. Pepper calls these linkouts. Forward the notification to your Order Agent address the way you would any other order email, and the draft lands in Order inbounds for review.
Filter and Sort the Order Agent Inbox (Order Agent)
The Order Agent inbound list has a Filter and sort control. Filter to specific colleagues or to unassigned orders, and sort by newest, oldest, or closest to cutoff time. The status pills above the list are now Open, Closed, and All, and Closed holds rejected orders alongside submitted ones, so a rejected inbound has a place to be found.
Pair Unassigned with Closest to cutoff time at the start of a shift and the orders nobody owns that are closest to missing a truck sit at the top.
Field Searching (Storefront)
Searching the catalog can now target one field. Type a prefix before the search term: id: for the item code, name: for the item name, description: for the description, and kw: for extra keywords. Searching id: 4005 returns the item whose code is 4005 and nothing that merely mentions 4005 somewhere else.
Reps and operators who search by code all day get exact matches instead of a list to scroll. It is on for everyone with nothing to enable.
PayTo (Finance Hub)
Australian customers can now pay from their bank account in real time. A customer authorises a PayTo agreement once, and from then on payments clear from their bank the way a card payment would, without the card fee.
For distributors in Australia this is the bank-transfer method that fits the market, alongside credit card. Distributors turn PayTo on per customer, set the fee for it the same way as any other payment method, and filter the payments list by it.
Recording Cash and Check Payments (Finance Hub)
You can now record a payment a customer made in cash or by paper check directly in the Pepper app. Tap Record cash payment or Record check payment in the payments wallet, and the invoice closes the moment you take the money, with a receipt sent to the customer automatically. Built for collecting at the door and at the counter, where the money never passes through Pepper.
Custom Tags (Storefront)
Operators who print shelf tags from the Pepper app can now print one for an item that is not in the catalog. Pick a template, type the item name, code, pack size, and price, and print a single label.
A local product the store picked up direct, a one-off special, a bag of ice: anything that needs a shelf tag but has no reason to be in the distributor's catalog.
Custom tags are off by default and need the Pepper mobile app and a Bluetooth label printer. Contact your Pepper account team to turn them on.
