This month's release introduces new features and enhancements across Sales Hub, Finance Hub and Storefront.
Price Quotes (Sales Hub)
The Price Quotes tab lets sales reps create, save, and export price quotes for prospects and existing customers directly in Sales Hub. Quotes support side-by-side competitive comparisons, with per-item and total savings calculated automatically when a competitor's prices are entered. Reps can also add custom items not yet in the catalog, duplicate saved quotes for future use, and export a branded PDF leave-behind or a CSV. Price Quotes is available on web and tablet.
Items of Interest on Sales Hub Dashboard (Sales Hub)
Items of Interest can now be viewed across all accounts in one place. The new Items of Interest tab in the Sales Hub dashboard replaces the need to review customers one by one, giving admins a complete picture of what customers are browsing but not buying. Items are surfaced from the past 30 days, broken down by how they were discovered (search or catalog), and where a search term was used, it appears alongside the item. The full list can be exported directly from the dashboard.
Standalone Terminal Payments (Finance Hub)
Payment terminals now support a standalone mode, offering a faster, more flexible way to collect payment at the counter. Invoice numbers and amounts can be entered directly on the device without opening PMC first, making it easier to serve walk-in and cash-and-carry customers. Surcharges still apply in this mode, and payouts are processed the same way as other terminal payments.
Short Pay (Finance Hub)
Distributors can now offer the ability to short pay in the app. When enabled, users can partially pay an invoice by entering the amount they want to pay, or go through a credit request flow that lets them select specific unpaid items and submit the credit request alongside the payment. Short pay is off by default, and distributors can choose which mode to enable by contacting their Pepper representative.
Holiday Override Fulfillment Dates (Storefront)
Distributors can now set holiday override dates in the Pepper admin console to keep operators ordering through every holiday week. These overrides open a replacement delivery day when the regular schedule is interrupted, for example offering Tuesday delivery in place of a Memorial Day Monday. Each override carries its own cutoff time, fulfillment type, and label, and can apply to all customers, specific customer groups, or individual customers. Distributors interested in enabling Holiday Overrides should reach out to their Pepper representative.
