In this edition: separate carts for every part of an operation in a single account, announcements that land front and center in the app, and more control over how long a rep's price edit lasts.
Multiple Carts (Storefront)
Multiple Carts lets an operator build more than one cart at a time under a single account. Each cart carries its own name, fulfillment setting, delivery date, and items, so a hotel can keep the kitchen, the rooftop bar, and the poolside stand separate without splitting them into separate accounts. Back of house, front of house, and the rep can each work their own cart instead of piling everything into one order.
Carts can be public, meaning everyone on the account sees them, or private to a single user. Carts submit in any order and at any time, the default cart always stays in place, and any additional cart can be deleted once the operator no longer needs it.
Multiple Carts is gradually rolling out, with a wider release following. Contact your Pepper account team to get started.
Landing Pages (Storefront)
Landing Pages gives distributors a message every targeted operator sees first upon opening their app. Landing pages take over the screen and holds their attention before anything else in Storefront. Price increases, holiday cutoffs, a new catalog drop, and recalls all land instead of scrolling by in chat.
Admins create and manage landing pages in Sales Hub alongside their other admin tools.
Landing Pages is available on request. Contact your Pepper account team to turn it on.
Custom Price Edit Durations (Sales Hub)
Reps can now decide how long a price edit lasts. With a price field selected in Order Entry, pressing Q opens the quick actions panel, where the rep picks Temporary adjustment and sets an end date. The override holds until midnight on that date in the distributor's time zone. Custom overrides show as an open circle with the expiration date, so anyone looking at the account knows exactly when the price reverts.
Reps can run a limited time deal or hold a longer term price on their own, without an admin changing the supplier wide override duration for everyone.
Custom price edit durations are available in Order Entry on request. Contact your Pepper account team to enable.
Convert Order Guides to Price Quotes (Sales Hub)
Reps can now turn any order guide into a price quote without rebuilding it by hand. From the Order Guides tab, select the customer and guide, click Convert to price quote, and choose which items carry over. Every item comes selected by default, and reps can deselect whole groups or individual items before building the quote.
Quoting an existing customer's guide now takes the same path as quoting a prospect, which matters for reps working infrequently purchased items and win-back conversations.
Available by default for every distributor with the Order Guides tab turned on.
Export the Autopay Preview (Finance Hub)
AR teams can now sanity check an autopay run before it goes out. The upcoming run preview keeps a footer pinned to the bottom of the modal as you scroll, showing the number of customers and the total amount expected on that run. Export CSV downloads the full preview, with Customer, Amount, Payment method, Number of invoices, and Frequency on every line.
The preview table also shows each customer's default payment method, so you can see and export exactly which card or bank account gets charged, and hand the list straight to your AR team.
Available to all Finance Hub customers with autopay enabled.
Images on ERP-Sourced Promotions (Storefront)
Every promotion can now carry a background image or color, including promotions that come from an ERP integration. Images tell a story in a way a color block does not, and they drive more engagement, which moves more of the product you are promoting.
This is already enabled for everyone. Open the promotion's details page in PMC and edit the Background section.
Content Hub in PMC (Content Hub)
Users can now reach Content Hub directly from PMC. Click the link on the Catalog tab and Pepper opens the Content Hub for whatever account you are signed into. Distributors without Sales Hub get a clean route to their product content from the console they already work in every day.
Available to all Content Hub users.
