Overview
The Impact Dashboard is where sales managers see the results of pricing work across the business. It rolls up every margin and price change your team makes, increases and decreases, along with the gross profit impact of each. It is the audit layer that pricing has been missing. Where before it was hard to know what reps were doing day to day, now you can see who is growing margin, where there are coaching opportunities, and what any single change actually did.
What you see depends on your access
Everything in Price Management is scoped to your access level:
A rep sees the customers in their own territory.
A manager sees all the customers across the reps who roll up to them, plus this dashboard.
The dashboard has a rep view and a manager view. In the rep view, a rep sees only their own changes and gross profit impact. Toggle to the manager view in the bottom right hand corner to see those numbers broken out by rep across your whole team.
What the dashboard shows
Every price and margin change your reps make across the business, with the gross profit impact of each.
How many changes are increases and how many are decreases.
The numbers broken out by rep, by customer, or by week.
By default the view covers the last 12 weeks. You can change the time period.
How sales managers use it
See who is adopting the tools and growing margin. The rep breakdown surfaces who has adopted the agent's recommendations, who is making changes with a positive gross profit impact, and who has not picked up the tool yet or is trending negative.
Zero in on coaching. Reps with low adoption or a weak share of increases are your coaching targets. The dashboard tells you who to coach, and once you drill in, what to coach them on. The goal is to make your best reps better and bring everyone else up to that bar.
Double down on what works. When a rep is driving strong margin, drill into what they are doing so you can apply that tactic more widely.
Drilling into a change
Start at the top-level numbers and work down:
Click a rep to see how their gross profit impact has trended by week.
Click into a specific change to open the full history for that item at that customer.
On that history you see the trend of price and cost over time, with past invoices shown as gray bars.
Reading the increase vs. decrease mix
In-app editing tends to skew toward price decreases, since those are the concessions reps make in the moment. Price Management work tends to skew toward increases, since that is where reps find margin they were leaving behind. A healthy dashboard shows a meaningful share of increases, not just decreases.
Comparing reps
In the manager view, the Breakdown section lists your reps side by side so you can compare performance at a glance. For each rep you see:
Agent adoption: the share of agent recommendations they have adopted.
Volume and Revenue: how much they are selling.
GP and Margin: the gross profit and margin they are running.
Volume of changes: how their price changes split between increases and decreases.
Net GP Δ: the net gross profit impact of their changes.
Every column sorts, so you can rank reps by whatever matters most: sort by net gross profit impact to see who is capturing the most margin, or by agent adoption to see who has not picked up the tool yet. Use the search box to jump to a specific rep, and switch the Breakdown between Rep, Customer, and Week to view the same numbers from a different angle.
Exporting the data
There is not currently a way to export the dashboard for use in your own BI or visualization tools.
