Welcome to your Pepper ordering app! Whether you’re brand new to the platform or just looking for a refresher, this guide will help you get oriented quickly and show you where the core features live.
The app is available on both mobile and desktop:
On mobile, you’ll see tabs along the bottom of the screen that organize core functions.
On desktop, those tabs appear in a left‑hand navigation bar instead, but the functions are the same.
Note: After watching the video, use the sections below to learn more about each area of the app.
Order Guides
The first tab you’ll encounter is Order Guides. Order guides are pre‑curated lists of your most commonly ordered items.
Quickly build orders by selecting items you regularly purchase.
Reduce the time spent searching for staples.
Great for setting up standing orders or weekly reorders.
Catalog
Need to explore beyond your usual items? Head over to the Catalog tab:
Access your distributor’s full product catalog with real‑time search and filters.
Browse by category or keyword to find exactly what you need.
Use features like barcode scanning and Saved Carts to speed up the shopping process.
Orders
Keep track of what you’ve ordered and reorder with just a few taps.
The Orders tab lists your past orders and shows order details.
Tap on any order to view the items, quantities, and status.
Need to reorder something? Simply select an existing order and place it again.
In‑App Chat
Have a question or special request? Use the Chat feature to communicate directly with your distributor.
Ask about product availability, delivery schedules or special requests without leaving the app.
All conversations stay attached to your account so you and your distributor have a clear record of what was discussed.
