What Are Order Guides?
Order Guides are designed to streamline your ordering process by making it fast and easy to find your most commonly purchased items.
Each customer has a default order guide based on recent purchase history (often the last 90 days, though this may vary by distributor).
When you open your order guide, you’ll see these default items with details like product description, pack quantity and current pricing.
Tap any product to view more information like product specs, nutritional guides, shipping details and additional images.
Adding Items to Your Cart
To order an item, tap the green plus button next to the product.
Adjust quantities using the green +/- controls or by tapping directly into the quantity box.
As you add items, your Order Cart builds at the bottom of the screen. Tap View Order to see the draft order and modify quantities or remove items.
Managing Delivery Dates
Your current delivery date appears at the top of the order cart. To change it, tap the pencil icon.
Choose your preferred fulfilment method and select a new date. The app only shows dates available based on your delivery schedule, but sales reps or admin users can override this if needed.
You can also change the delivery date from the main Order Guide page using the oval date selector near the top.
Creating Custom Order Guides
Need specialized lists? Both customers and reps can create custom order guides to suit different needs:
Customers might create separate guides for Monday and Friday orders, while reps can highlight product specials or new products in their own lists.
To create a new guide, tap the down arrow next to the Order Guide name at the top, then choose New Order Guide. Give your list a name (e.g., “Monday Orders”).
To add items to a custom guide:
Select your new order guide from the drop‑down.
Tap Get Started to browse the full catalog.
On a product page, tap the star icon next to the price—this acts like a “favorites” button.
Choose which order guide you’d like the product to appear in (e.g., “Monday Orders”) and tap Done.
Return to the Order Guide tab and select your new list to see the item added.
