Order Guides Tab Overview

Tap the coloured circle with your initials to access Profile Settings.

From here, you can adjust email notification preferences or submit support tickets if you run into any issues.

This menu also links to other user tools, so it’s a good first stop when personalizing your account.

In the top centre of the page you’ll see the operator name you’re currently viewing.

If you have multiple locations or accounts, make sure you’re in the correct operator view before creating or editing orders.

Use the Add Employee button (top right) to give new users access to the app.

You can add sales reps or admin‑level users so your team can place orders and manage lists together.

Moving down the page, you’ll see a list of your available Order Guides—curated lists generated from your order history or custom lists you’ve created. These make searching and ordering products fast and easy.

To edit or create a new guide, select the box with a pencil icon above and to the right of the search bar to open the order guide editing tools.

Use the search box to find products by keyword, item number or other descriptors.

Just below the search bar is the category carousel (if enabled). This lets you drill down by category to quickly narrow your results.

In the centre of the page is the delivery date selector, where you choose your desired delivery date based on available fulfilment options.

The main section of the page shows the product list corresponding to your selected order guide. Scroll through this list to add items to your cart.
