Creating an Order Guide

Steps to Create an Order Guide:
Navigate to the Order Guide page.
Click the dropdown menu at the top left (default is "Order Guide").
Select New Order Guide.
Name your order guide and click Create.
Navigate to the Catalog page.
Click an item to open the item page.
Click the star icon below the item name.
Choose the order guide(s) you want to add the item to.
Click Done.

Steps to Edit an Order Guide:
Log in to the application.
Navigate to the Order Guide page.
Click the edit icon next to the search bar.
Click Edit to add new groups to your order guide.
Click Add items to [Order Guide Group Name] to add new items.

Steps to Sort an Order Guide:
Log in to the application.
Navigate to the Order Guide page.
Click the sort icon next to the search bar.
Select Sort list by to see sorting options and choose your preferred one.

Steps to Viewing an Order Guide
Note: The user is able to see their active user guide simply by navigating to the "Order Guide" page. The following steps are written to help a user locate where their order guides are stored and view the one that they require.
Steps to View an Order Guide:
Navigate to the Order Guide page.
Click the dropdown menu at the top left (default is "Order Guide").
Select the order guide you wish to view.
Deleting an Order Guide
Steps to Deleting an Order Guide:
Navigate to the Order Guide page.
Click the dropdown menu at the top left (default is "Order Guide").
Click "Edit"
Click the 3 dots next to the order guide you wish to to delete (Note: you cannot delete the Default Order Guide. You can only delete in from the Supplier Portal)
Click Delete
