Accessing Display & Sort Options
To explore different viewing options:
Tap the box and pencil icon above the search bar and select Display Options.
Choose how to sort your items:
Alphabetically (A–Z or Z–A)
Item code (ascending or descending)
Most recently ordered
Toggle Categories on or off to show or hide the category headers on your main order guide.
You can also decide how each product appears:
Condensed view hides product images for a compact list.
Normal view shows standard images and text (used in this demonstration).
Large view increases image size and font for easier viewing.
Using Shelf‑to‑Sheet View
One powerful sort option is Shelf‑to‑Sheet. This displays items in the order they’re stored—grouped by storage area (dry goods, frozen, etc.) and listed left‑to‑right, top‑to‑bottom. It mirrors how operators physically stock their products, making replenishment easier.
To enable Shelf‑to‑Sheet:
In Display Options, select Shelf‑to‑Sheet from the sort list.
Return to your order guide to see items arranged according to your storage layout.
Reordering Items in Shelf‑to‑Sheet View
Want to fine‑tune the order of items?
From your order guide, tap the box and pencil icon and select Edit Order Guide.
Locate the items you want to reorder (e.g., Yellow Onions and Whole Chicken).
Touch and hold the three parallel lines on the right side of an item and drag it up or down to the desired position.
Tap Done to save changes. Your order guide now reflects the new order.
Note: Custom ordering only applies when your sort filter is set to Shelf‑to‑Sheet. If you change the sort option, your custom order may reset.
