I. This can only be done if you have the Admin Panel enabled. If you do not, you can either delete the Order Guides in app following this article, or click the "?" in the top right and submit a ticket to Pepper Support to have this feature enabled.
Steps to Delete Order Guides:
Log into PMC (Pepper Management Centre).
Click Customers.
Navigate to the desired customer.
Scroll down and find the Order guide "Permanently delete" button.
A popup will appear, confirming if you want to delete the Customer's Order guides. Please note this will delete all Custom and Default Order Guides attached to the Customer.
Click Delete.
