Accessing Your Profile
Tap the coloured icon with your initials at the top left of the app.
Select View Profile under your name to open your profile page.
Here you’ll find your key contact information and the email address used for notifications.
Note: Your contact email and notification preferences can differ from your login credentials. Make sure you update these settings so you don’t miss important order confirmations, delivery updates or chat messages.
Updating Your Account
To change any personal information, tap Update Account and edit the fields you need.
Make sure your contact details are accurate so you receive order confirmations, chat messages and other important notifications.
Managing Notifications
In the Notifications section, choose which alerts you’d like to receive via email or push notification (if enabled on your device).
Options can include:
Order tracking updates, if your distributor offers tracking.
Order confirmations, sent when new orders are placed.
New chat messages—you’ll receive these in the app and by email.
Payment confirmations, if your distributor has a Payments solution enabled.
Support & Assistance
Sales reps or distributor admins can access Pepper’s Support feature (found a few pages back) to submit tickets or track progress on existing ones.
If you have questions or run into issues, contact your sales representative or distributor support team first. They’ll work with Pepper support if further investigation is needed.
