How to Log In

Logging in to your Pepper ordering app is simple:

  • Tap the Sign In button on the landing page of the app.

  • Choose whether to use your mobile number or email address—whichever you provided during setup.

  • Enter your mobile number or email, then tap Continue.

After you hit continue, you’ll be taken directly to your customer profile, where you can begin browsing products and placing orders.

Two‑Factor Authentication

Your app is built with two‑factor authentication to keep your account secure. When you sign in:

  • A one‑time verification code is automatically sent to the mobile number or email address you provided.

  • Enter this code on the next screen to complete the sign‑in process.

  • Using your mobile number is often the fastest way to retrieve the code, but either method works.

Notification Preferences

On your first login, you’ll see a prompt asking whether you’d like to enable notifications:

  • Notifications alert you about order confirmations, delivery updates, or new messages from your sales rep in the in‑app chat.

  • Choose Turn On or Turn Off during setup; you can always adjust this later in your Profile Settings.

Troubleshooting & Security Reminders

  • If your login attempts are unsuccessful, reach out to your sales representative or administrator to make sure your account is set up correctly.

  • For added security, the app will prompt you to log in again every 30 days, even if you’ve been using it regularly.

  • This periodic re‑authentication helps ensure it’s always you accessing your account.

What’s Next?

Now that you’re logged in, you’re ready to explore the app’s features—Order Guides, Catalog, Orders, and In‑App Chat—using the tabs in the app. For more detail on each section and how to place your first order, see the related articles in this Getting Started series.
