When you mark an item as essential, you’ll receive a reminder before placing the order, ensuring that you remember to order the most important items.
Note: Only items included in an order guide can be labeled as "Essential." To label an item as essential, please ensure it is added to your order guide.
By marking high priority items as essential, operators can:
Avoid costly mistakes: Get notified before placing an order if any critical item is missing.
Stay consistent with repeat orders: Flag items you rely on regularly so they’re never accidentally left off.
Maintain operational flow: Ensure your team always has what they need to keep things running smoothly.
How to mark an essential item
To mark an item as essential, swipe left on the item and tap the yellow exclamation icon labeled “Mark as essential.” Items marked as essential will show with an exclamation point on the plus (+) icon.
