Overview
Reorder allows operators to quickly repeat past orders, saving time and reducing errors. Instead of building a new cart from scratch, operators can easily reorder the same products from a previous Pepper order. This is particularly useful for customers who place routine or repeat orders, such as for weekly stock replenishment, standard inventory top-ups, seasonal restocks, or consistent menus.
Note: Reorders can only be made off of orders that were previously placed on Pepper.
Key Benefits
Time Savings: Quickly repopulate your cart with previously ordered items, eliminating the need to search for products individually.
Reduced Order Errors: Minimize mistakes by replicating successful past orders, ensuring consistency in your inventory.
Streamlined Replenishment: Ideal for routine purchases like weekly stock, standard inventory top-ups, or seasonal restocks, ensuring you always have what you need.
How it works:
Navigate to the Orders page, then select a previous order from the Past Orders tab. Click the three dots at the top right corner of the page, then click Reorder all items:
All the items from the order you’ve selected will get added to your current order cart.
