PMC: How To Add Blackout Dates

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to create and edit Blackout Dates within your application

Use Case

Blackout Dates prevent Customer from placing Orders for the day you Blackout. It prevents both Delivery and Pickup orders from being placed. They are useful for events such as Holidays or Closures.


Steps:

  1. Log into your PMC account.

  2. Click on Customers

  3. Click on Blackout Dates in the left tab

  4. Click on Create New at the top right of the page.

  5. Choose your desired Blackout Date and click Save.

Congratulations! You have successfully added in a Blackout Date. πŸŽ‰

To delete a Blackout Date, you can click on the 3 dots to the right of the Date. Click Delete and it should be removed.
