Payment Plans: Relief for Customers, Predictability for Distributors

Payment plans shine when operators have large, aging balances. Instead of letting debt linger, distributors can now set up recurring installments that the customer accepts via email or text.

From the operator side, it's absolutely straightforward:

  • Operators receive a simple breakdown of invoices and a clear payment schedule.

  • They can use saved payment methods or add new ones instantly

Distributors have a variety of options when creating payment plans:

  • If invoices are included, each payment plan run automatically reconciles the invoices included with the plan, beginning with the oldest

  • Whether the plan automatically starts running, or if it requires the customer to 'accept', giving proof of acceptance

  • The frequency for each plan run, and how often will they pay on the plan

  • When the plan starts

  • (optional) Which payment method should be included

As we say at Pepper, โ€œIt gives the operator peace of mind, and it gives you predictability in collections.โ€
