Overview

The User Config Tool gives distributor admins a streamlined way to view, manage, and update user-level settings across all associated accounts.

Instead of switching between multiple pages, the tool consolidates user information and controls into a single, easy-to-use interface — helping you quickly diagnose access issues, update roles, and adjust notifications without contacting Pepper Support.

How It Works

Step 1: Search for the User

Use the search bar to enter the user’s:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

Step 2: Review and Update

From the user’s profile page, you can:

  • Review account health

  • Adjust notifications

  • Update assigned accounts

  • Modify user role

  • Edit contact information

All changes are reflected immediately.

Note:

Some notifications may be managed through your integration with Pepper.

If you update notification settings and:

  • Do not see the changes reflected, or

  • Notice that settings revert back automatically
