Pepper allows distributors to copy a direct payment link for any invoice and share it with their customer. This can be a useful way to collect payment from customers who don't have portal access, or to make it easier for customers to pay without logging in.
Payment links can also be generated and sent by email from the Pepper admin portal using the Direct Charge tab (PMC). Click here to learn more.

How it Works
How to Send a Payment Link:
Navigate to the Payments tab in the app.
Select one, multiple, or all invoices using the check boxes.
Tap Copy payment link to copy the link to clipboard.
Send the link to the customer by pasting it into an SMS message or a preferred communication channel.
Where to View Existing Payment Links:
In the Payments tab, click the 3-dot icon in the top right corner, then, click Payment links.
On the Payment links page, the following can be viewed:
Previously copied payment links
Their payment status
Invoices attached
Date the link was created on
If the link is needed again (e.g. following up with a customer, lost original link, etc.), it can be recopied from the Payment links page.
How the Customer Pays:
When the payment link is opened, the screen will look similar to the example below. They'll be able to see invoices attached, add a payment method, and view the payment subtotal/total before clicking Pay Now:
When the invoice number is clicked, a downloadable pdf version opens in another browser tab. The user is prompted to download the app if they haven't yet:
