Track every order coming in from one place in the Sales Rep Portal

The Orders tab gives sales reps a single place to see their full order history and review orders as they come in, so nothing slips through and no sales or profit dollars are left on the table.

Previously, reps reviewed orders through the Orders tab on an individual customer, or through the order insights card available only on mobile in the For You Page. The Orders tab brings a rep's entire order history together in one view.

Note: The Orders tab is available on web today. Tablet and mobile support is coming soon.

Key Benefits

  • Every order in one place: See your complete order history, including both on Pepper and off Pepper orders, without opening individual accounts.

  • Quick review: Click into any order to check the details so you can catch issues or opportunities as orders come in.

  • Invoices on hand: Print the invoice PDF directly from an order when one is associated.

How It Works

Step 1: Open the Orders tab

Select the Orders tab in Sales Hub. You will see your entire order history, including on Pepper and off Pepper orders.

Step 2: View order details

Click into any order to open its details.

Step 3: Print the invoice

If an order has an associated invoice, you can print the invoice PDF from the order details.

Things to Know

  • The Orders tab is available on web today. Tablet and mobile support is coming soon.

  • The tab shows both on Pepper and off Pepper orders.

  • Order statuses include granular labels such as Sent, which represents placed orders that have not been fulfilled yet.

  • Open and draft orders are not shown on this page yet. For now, draft orders appear in the order insights on the For You Page. Support for open and draft orders on the Orders tab is planned for a future update.
