How Customers Receive the Message

Where customers see broadcasts:

Customers receive broadcast messages directly in their Pepper chat inbox (in-app).
If they use the mobile app, broadcasts also appear in their notifications.

What type of notification do they receive?

  • Mobile push notification

  • In-app message in their chat inbox
