The PMC Dashboard serves as the central space for understanding how customers engage with Pepper, how the sales team is performing, and how overall business trends are evolving. Dashboards can display all divisions together or allow exploration at the division level. The sections below outline each major part of the dashboard and describe the value that each chart and table provides.
Key Insights from the PMC Dashboard
The PMC Dashboard consolidates key performance indicators to help distributors understand the drivers of revenue, adoption, and engagement.
For example, users can see:
Active Buyers
Shows how many operators consistently place orders. If the number drops, check the ‘buyers that haven’t been ordering’ chart to see who needs outreach.
Orders Placed
Shows overall ordering activity over time. A sudden dip can be traced by checking order volume trends to see whether orders are being consolidated into fewer submissions or if operators have stopped ordering altogether.
Order Volume across cases and dollars
Highlights how volume changes over time across both units and spend. This view supports analysis around seasonality and promotions
Order Placement Channels
Breaks down whether orders were placed through mobile or web. A growing share of mobile ordering often reflects higher customer adoption of the app.
Adoption by Sales Rep
Shows how many operators tied to each rep are placing their own orders. A rep with low adoption has operators who rely on rep entered orders, while higher adoption indicates a more self sufficient customer base.
Buyers with No Orders Placed Recently
Identifies operators who have not placed recent orders. This list helps teams re-engage accounts before they lapse or churn.
Non-Order Guide Items Sold by Week
Shows how many cases and dollars come from items that are not in the operator’s order guide. Rising items often indicates stronger item discovery and increased product expansion.
Average Cases and Dollars – Customers with Fourteen Weeks on Pepper
Shows the average number of cases and the average spend for operators who have placed consistent weekly orders during their first fourteen weeks on Pepper. Our average lift is >20%, which shows that when customers come to Pepper, they buy more items through their distributors!
