Check-In for C-Store

Use your mobile device to verify deliveries quickly

With Check-In, C-store operators can verify deliveries right from their phone—item by item, against the invoice. Confirm what’s been received, flag missing items for credit, and report issues instantly. It’s the easiest way to stay organized and accurate during busy deliveries.

Note: Check-in is accessible through the mobile app only and requires an invoice integration. If you are interested in this feature, get in touch with your CSM to start!

How it works:

Go to the Orders tab, navigate to “Past”, and tap on the order you wish to check-in. Tap Start check-in:

The following page will show up:

As items are checked-in, they will move from the Partial or missing tab to the Fully received tab.

For each item, operators can:

  • Report an issue: Tap Report an issue to reveal the Select reason list, which includes Damaged, Expired, Not ordered, and Other

  • “Check-in” an item: Tap the plus (+) icon to verify that you have received the items from the shipment

  • View Not fulfilled tab: If an item is missing from your order, it will show under the Not fulfilled tab
