Integration Explorer gives distributors direct access to how ERP data flows into Pepper, turning integrations from “mystery machinery” into a clear, living system. With a comprehensive dashboard that explains integration behavior in plain language, distributor teams can understand how their integrations are set up and working—on their own timeline.

How Integration Explorer Works

View Integrations and Sync Rules

Step 1: In Pepper Management Center (PMC), navigate to Tools → Integration Explorer

Step 2: Review the list of integrations in the left sidebar (for example: Customers, Items, Invoices):

Step 3: Select an integration to view:

  • AI-generated description of the integration logic

  • Sync frequency

  • Last run timestamp

Step 4: Click Refresh to load the most up-to-date information. It automatically updates, but this will provide the latest version.

  • Note: Some integrations may take up to 3 minutes to refresh

View Run History and Download Files

Step 1: In PMC, go to Tools → Integration Explorer

Step 2: Select the Run History tab:

Step 3: Filter runs by integration type or status (Processed, Error, Pending, Skipped):

Step 4: Hover over a run under the Files column to reveal the Download icon and download output files:

What if a description looks incorrect?

Click Refresh to regenerate the description. If issues persist, contact Pepper Support.

What do the run statuses mean?

  • Processed – Successfully completed

  • Error – Failed; contact support

  • Pending – In progress or queued

  • Skipped – Intentionally not run

Is Integration Explorer accessible on Mobile?

Yes. Integration Explorer can be accessed from PMC on mobile browsers.
