Switching Between Sites in the Account Selector

Filter the account selector by site to find and open accounts from a specific distribution center or test site.

Written by Tiffany Guo

If your accounts span more than one of your company's sites, all of them appear together in the account selector. The Site filter narrows that list to the sites you choose, so you can find and open the account you want without scrolling past the rest.

Note: "Sites" in Pepper are places like your distribution centers (DCs) and, if your company has one, your test site.

How to Switch to Test Account:

Tap the account name in the app header. The name shown is the account you are currently working in.

The Accounts selector opens, listing every account you have access to, with Site, Status, and Groups filters across the top.

On web, pressing L also opens and closes the selector.

Note: The account name is hidden while you are working through order inbounds, so the selector cannot be opened from that flow. Finish or leave the flow to switch accounts.

Filtering Accounts by Your Test Site

  1. Tap Site at the top of the selector.

  2. Tick the sites you want. Each shows how many accounts it holds, so you can confirm the right one before applying.

  3. Tap Apply.

The selector now lists accounts from the ticked sites only. Tap an account to open it.

Clearing the filter

Tap Site, then Clear filters, then Apply. Accounts from every site return to the list.

Working in a test site

A test site is a separate site, not a different mode of your live one. Accounts under it appear in the same selector alongside your live accounts, so the site an account belongs to is what determines where your work lands.

Check the site before placing an order or editing an order guide.

If you do not see the Site filter

The Site filter appears when your accounts span more than one site. If you see only Status and Groups, all of your accounts sit under a single site.

Being added to a second site is not enough on its own. You also need accounts assigned to you under that site. Contact your Pepper account team if you need access to your company's test site.
